Field Trip: Health and Wellness Fair

CATEGORIES: FEATURED STORIES, FIELD TRIPS

The Fashion Entrepreneurship Club from Columbus High School, led by Success Coach Crystyn Wright, took an educational and relaxing field trip to the Health and Wellness Fair last week, hosted by the Hibiscus Day Spa Students met and spoke with entrepreneurs who have created and started their own businesses in the health and wellness field.

The purpose of the fair was to emphasize the importance of health and wellness and the students enthusiastically seized the opportunity to network with other high schoolers and female entrepreneurs. They were able to quiz and interview successful female entrepreneurs and role models, and learn from their experience what it takes to start your own health and wellness business.

Students enjoyed a variety of treatments including mini-makeovers and massages, and participated in various activities such as dance, yoga classes, healthy meal preparation, and stress management sessions.

We want to extend a huge thank you to Hibiscus Day Spa for this inspirational and special day.
