High School Connections

High School Connections is a middle school program designed specifically for New York City 6th and 7th graders. This program supports students’ educational goals by helping them navigate the difficult path of choosing the high school that is right for them.

Students will:

Find the high school that is right for them
Learn to use the High School Directory
Gain a clear understanding of the criteria important in choosing a high school
Experience dynamic Success Coaches who work collaboratively with students, teachers, school counselors and parents to support academic achievement
Create a portfolio
Complete the high school application process
